The Hotel La Fenice is a big family and it is essential for us to take care of our guests and our staff starting with your safety!
We keep ourselves constantly updated on new government protocols by implementing sanitation measures that allow us the highest levels of cleaning and sanitation. This page will therefore be continuously updated based on the provisions that we will receive and to which we will promptly respond.

Booking conditions

To start dreaming about your holiday it is important to feel guaranteed and that is why we have changed our booking conditions: Cancellation is always free up to 30 days before arrival, if the booking is canceled after this deadline due to proven by contagion from COVID19 the deposit will not be lost in any case but you can use it for another period.

Freedom in the spaces

We want you to be quiet when you are in the garden, in the fresh air, while reading the newspaper or enjoying your aperitif, but also when you are walking through the corridors or eating at the restaurant.
We ensure sufficient spacing. Throughout the day in the open spaces, on the beach and in our garden you can stroll peacefully keeping the right distance. In the hotel lobby in the dining room and in all closed common areas you will need to wear a mask.

A necessary condition for your and our safety, we will learn a new way of hosting and we want to do it with care.
Surely even on the beach you will find adequate spaces with LOT and the right distance between the umbrellas.
Remember that the beach in front of our hotel is really very wide!

Entertainment and miniclub

We are doing everything possible to create the conditions for entertainment for both adults and children by observing the rules provided. Our animator will take care of the children as every year by proposing group activities, outside the hotel where it is possible to maintain an adequate distance and sometimes dividing the children into shifts for activities, where it is not possible to maintain the distance.

Even in the park in front of the hotel there will be cheerful evenings of entertainment and animation.
On the beach the gymnastics and entertainment activities have restarted, at the moment in a very soft way but we are all organizing ourselves to make our guests enjoy themselves to the fullest.
From July the fun evenings of entertainment at the Laurenti park in front of the hotel will also resume, organized by our friendly Rimini Village animators!

Daily cleaning and sanitizing

Anyone who knows us knows, we have always invested a lot of energy in the sanitation of environments. We have always done it, cleaning the common areas, lift, handles, over and over again a day, is a routine for us. We will use cloths dedicated to cleaning each room, certified alcohol-based detergents, we have placed sanitizing gel dispensers on each floor, at the entrance and in the common areas.

The service in the restaurant

The kitchen is our flagship, those who know it know it well and thinking of not being able to propose it as always would really be a missed opportunity!
First of all we will guarantee you a distancing according to the law between the tables, we want you to feel safe and comfortable, this summer more than anything else!
We have decided to keep the buffet service that you appreciated so much for its variety, quality and flexibility of time, obviously with the necessary precautions.
It is a buffet served and not self-service, where our expert waitresses will prepare the dishes according to your instructions, so you can choose what and how much to taste at the moment! Table service is always available on request and if you prefer you can order your meals in your room or on the beach.
